Biography
Andrew Jackson Conkin was born April 1, 1847, in Sullivan County, Tennessee, a son of Hagen Conkin and Barbara (Moulton) Conkin. [1] Andrew is found on the United States Census of 1850, living with his parents, and seven siblings, in Sullivan county. [2]
Andrew was twice married. His wives are: Annis E Morgan, born August 29, 1846, died January 18, 1898, at the age of 51 years; and Mollie J. Smith, born 1868, died 1918. Andrew died May 14, 1914, at the age of 67 years and is buried with his first wife in the churchyard of the Fall Branch First Baptist Church, in Washington County, Tennessee. [3]

There are six memorials of Andrew's children attached to his Find A Grave memorial.
Also buried at the Falls Branch First Baptist Church is Barbara Conkin, and although there are no dates on her headstone, I think that this may be Andrew's mother's grave. https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/61117865/barbara-conkin
