Biography
Amos Clift, born 7 Aug 1805 at Stonington, Connecticut, was the third child of Thankful Denison, the second wife of Amos Clift.
He married Charity Morgan, with whom he had 8 children:
- Amos Clift (1830-1887); married 7 Feb 1861 Hannah Morse
- Lemuel Clift (27 Nov 1832 - 1832)
- Lemuel Clift, b. 30 Nov 1833; d. 1874
