William was born at Armidale in 1861. His parents were William Thomas Cleghorn and Isabella Cowan Steel Bishop. [1]
He married Hannah Louisa Young at Armidale in 1889. [2]
They had 10 children.
He passed away at Uralla in 1943. [3]
He was buried at Armidale Cemetery.
