My surname, CIANCI (pronounced chan-chi), comes from Guglionesi, a small town in the province of Campobasso within the Molise region in Italy. I have relatives there and Canada. My paternal grandmother’s maiden name was PAGLIARO and her mother was a CIOPPI from Chieti in the province of Abruzzo.
My maternal grandfather’s mother was a COLBOURNE who came to America with Governor Winthrop’s fleet. My maternal grandfather’s father, surname WISLER, was a Pennsylvania Dutch German whose ancestry came to America through Rotterdam from Bern, Switzerland, where the family was living after fleeing the Palatinate region of what is now Germany due to religious persecution.

William Knightly also known as Guliemi Knightly was my 2nd great grandfather on my fathers side. I am amazed you found that picture of him, I has not seen it before. However from other sources we beleive he was actually born in Cheshunt England in 1814 and moved to ireland where he married Marie/Mary O'Brien/Brien.
Please feel free to get in touch. Thanks again
I noticed that you have begun adding profiles for the pre-1700 ancestors you have found in your search. Since you are now back in the time period where many people can be descended from those ancestors, sources are required at the time the profile is created. As collaborative genealogists, we need to tell each other our sources so that we can work together to assess the relative reliability of the source and the evidence it contains.
Review the Reliable Sources page to understand the kind of sources needed when creating pre-1700 profiles. The Sources FAQ, Examples section, explains what information needs to be included in all source citations.
Please do not create any more profiles from your unsourced family without first doing the research. See the Research Before Editing FAQ for more information.
Thanks,
Debi
Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Pre-1700_Profiles. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines laid out on that page.

Have a look at the Get Started with DNA page for info about adding your DNA results.
DNA at WikiTree provides a visual way for you to find others who have tested and have the potential of having common ancestors. To get the best results, you need to continue adding sourced profiles for your ancestors until you can connect to existing profiles in WikiTree. If you have exhausted what you know on one line, try a different one. About 24 hours after you connect to an existing profile, your test will have populated on the profiles of your ancestors and their descendants, where others with potential matches may also appear.
If you have any questions about how WikiTree works, use the reply link below to let me know. I am happy to help! If I can't answer, I will help you find someone who can.
