Biography
Needham was born about 1829. Needham was the son of Thomas and Louisa Cheely.
When the 1850 US Census was taken, Needham was a clerk for the merchant Alexander Mallory in Brunswick County, Virginia. Needham was listed in the Mallory household for the census.
In 1852 Needham married Julietta Short in Brunswick County, Virginia.[1]
