Biography
Angela Castro is recorded as the daughter of Liborio Castro and Lucia Sciortino, but I think she’s actually Angela Cascio, daughter of Liborio Cascio, because in the same baptismal record index there are two other children of Liborio Cascio and Lucia Sciortino.
Angela is born 8 October 1855 and baptized the next day as Angelam. Her godparents are Stephanus Scaminaci and Josepha Orlando, son and mother.
