Francoise Carriere was born on February 8, 1672 in Montreal, New France, daughter of André Carriere (~1640–~1715) and Cécile Jannot (1656–1729). She was baptised the same day in the parish of Notre-Dame-de-Montreal, with Pierre Caille and Françoise Benard, wife of Guillaume Bouchart, standing as her godparents. Signed by the father and godfather[1].
Francoise died on January 21, 1682 in Montreal, aged 9.
