Rachel was born about 1830. She is the daughter of Joseph Caldwell.
On 27 August 1850, Rachel lived with her parents and siblings in District 2 of Owen County, Kentucky.[1]
Rachel was married on 9 March 1852 in Owen County to Thomas Thomson. Her father Joseph Caldwell conducted the ceremony.[2]
Rachel apparently died before the 1860 census.
On February 14, 1868, John T. Thompson, probably Rachel's son, received Lot 12 in the property division, totaling 49 acres.[3]
