Will of Thomas Burch's sister, Mary (nee Burch) Johnson, probate 15 May 1761, listed Thomas Burch as Legatee and Executor. Additional Executor: Thomas Lawrence of Philadelphia. Other Legatees included Thomas Burch's children including: nephews Thosmas, Cheadle, John, Benjamin, William, and Francis Burch and nieces Mary Hullet, Kiza Cock, Sarah and Ann Burch.
Thomas Burch's children: Samuel, Joseph, Jane Stapleton, and Richard Burch were not listed in Mary (nee Burch) Johnson's will. These children were likely born after Mary died, 1761. Additional Research needs to be conducted on Samuel Burch, son of Thomas Burch (listed in Thomas's will) to verify the correct Samuel Burch is credited as the son of Thomas.
I believe the correct Samuel is Burch-1270. Mother Sarah Unknown-216014.
