Vivian was born in 1912, the daughter of Thomas and Priscilla (McAdden) Brown.^[1]

Vivian enlisted in the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion on 18 November 1943. She was discharged 16 March 1946.^[2][3][4]

Vivian died in Sandusky County on 22 April 1987.^[5][1] She is buried at Oakwood Cemetery in Fremont, Sandusky County.^[6]
