Biography
Born in Wanganui to Leo Patrick Bowden and Noeline Merle Bowden, Peter was educated in Auckland, while he lived in Frost Road, Mt Roskill. After marrying Susan Griffiths, daughter of James (Jim) and Dawn Griffiths, he lived in Hillsborough and then the North Shore.
In business he was a financial consultant. His interests included Indoor Bowls where he was very successful in local and national tournaments.
He is succeeded by his wife Susan and 4 children, Lisa, Christopher, Kim and Stephen.
Peter passed away aged 64 on 22 March 2015 in Auckland after a battle with cancer.
Peter is buried at Eden Gardens, Omahu Road, Epsom, Auckland.
