William was born about 1832. In 1851 he lived with his mother in 64 Westbridge Cottages. He was a tin miner.[1]
William married Jemima Rule, sister of Josepha, in 1851 in Plymouth. In 1861 they were in Foundry Cottages and in 1871 in Barley Market Street. By 1881 they had returned to No 7 Westbridge Cottages. William died in 1887. In 1891 Jemima was a widow in No 7. She died in 1895.
