Biography

Ann was born in 1944. Ann became interested in family history during annual family reunions when she was young. Around 1980 she did quite a bit of research, particularly into her paternal grandmother's family, but it eventually got put onto the back burner as other things took precedence. Now it's time to digitize the information she has and encourage others in the family to contribute.

In addition to being interested in family history, Ann plays the viola and has been active in the leadership of the Canadian Viola Society and the International Viola Society, she directs a church handbell ensemble, she is learning to play the viola d'amore and she volunteers regularly at a food bank of which she was executive director for many years.

I am from Norwich, NY and when I go back home to visit, I like to go antique shopping. I bought an old history book and the inside is signed "May Telford"and "Walton". I love family history so I googled her name and found this site. I feel like it must be the same person.
