I was born 5 February 1970 at 11:07 A.M. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the Swedish Hospital, the youngest child of Richard (Fischer) Blevins and Vonnie Nelson. I attended school in Richfield, Minnesota, and graduated from Richfield High School in 1988. After graduation, I attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, studying architecture first, then switching to Communications (the closest they had to an English degree). I graduated from RPI in 1992.
I met Doug in college and we lived together in Hoboken, New Jersey, in the 1990s. I asked Doug to marry me in August 1995 at the Renaissance Festival in Shakopee, Minnesota, with the help from my childhood friend. We were married in Sandy Hook, Connecticut, at the McLaughlin Vineyards on 11 October 1997. We were 27 years old. Doug and I honeymooned in Australia--Sydney, Cairns, and Melbourne.
We have two children. I currently live in Connecticut.
I am a member of Ancestry.com and Find a Grave.
I am not biologically related to the Blevins surname.

Just ask your questions in the G2G forum and tag them with Germany in order for knowledgeable people to see them.
If you wish to remain a member, we would like to learn more about your perception of the Germany Project in order to achieve a future development according to our members needs and wishes. For this, we created a survey, which we kindly ask you to fill-in.
In case you want to communicate, discuss and receive help about WikiTree in German, you might want to check out the WikiTree category at Compgen’s Discourse as well as the German Discord server Ahnenforschung.
Of course there’s still the official WikiTree Discord server, where we usually talk English. Feel free to learn more about Discord and the server at Help:Discord.
Kind regards from Black Forest
The Nordic Project is performing its bi-annual check-in with our project members. You are receiving this message, because we have not heard from you since you joined the Nordic Project.
We are in the process of transitioning to a team structure. If you have not yet joined a team, please let us know which team(s) you would like to participate in. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Nordic_Project_-_Country_Sub-Projects
We are close to launching our new Nordic Trail. The Nordic Trail will be focusing on our new project members. We will be teaching them the core skills needed to contribute to the Nordic Project's goals – which are to make every Nordic profile the best it can be. We are looking for Trail Guides to guide the Explorers through the Nordic Trail. We need guides for each Nordic country before we can begin the Trail. If you feel you can help by becoming a guide, please contact Missy with the country or countries in which you would be able to guide. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Nordic_Project_-_Nordic_Trail_Team
We thank you for all you do to help the Nordic Project and are a bit curious about how you recently have been contributing to the project mission and goals. We are asking because it would to help us gauge our success and address our weaknesses. On behalf of the project, we would really appreciate it if you would take the time to respond by emailing Missy directly. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Missy Berryann and T.L. Koehnline Co-Leaders, The Nordic Project
It’s Germany Project check-in time again! Please respond within the next 2 weeks and let me know if you’re still interested in participating with the Project. Remember, the only requirements for membership in the Germany Project are (1) that you work on at least one German profile every 6 months and (2) that you respond to this check-in.
Please respond to this message by posting a reply below or sending me a private message on WikiTree. In your response, we welcome any feedback you may want to give on the project (what you like about it, what you’d like to see us do, what we could change, etc.)
If you ever have any questions, please ask. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
I look forward to hearing from you soon!

I’m working on updating and reforming the spreadsheets. I am just wondering if you are planning on using it? I have 21 on the list but only 8 actually using it. It doesn’t matter either way and if you are tracking your numbers somewhere else you could add them on the team page I just need to add you as a manager. Anyhow, The team is doing great! We have indexed over 1400 Names! Thanks for being part of this crazy ride.
Have you ever considered participating in one of WikiTree's Connect-A-Thons? It's a great opportunity to add new profiles, whether they are extended family members or someone who fits into of one of your projects. The next one will run from Friday, April 22nd to Monday, April 25th.
If you are interested in participating, you can sign up in the G2G forum registration post (https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1392037) and add another badge to your collection. I invite you to join the Mid-Atlantic Team since I notice you have roots in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. You're not limited to adding profiles related to those states, though. Hope you'll consider joining the fun!
Sandy and I have been getting ready for take off!!! She set us up a Discord Channel so we can communicate with each other about our Project and I have been trying to recruit more people and updating our page.
I added a link to a spreadsheet that we can use to track our progress. I am also going to add a shareable one for those who want to make it a joint effort.
Here is the link to our Discord channel https://discord.gg/5yUSzTD8
Let me know if you want added to the group spreadsheet.
Blessed Be!!!

Thanks for taking responsibility for Orphaned Profiles. This is a courtesy email to share the After Adopting Orphans FAQ which explains the special attention adopted profiles will sometimes need from their profile managers. One quick way to find the profiles you adopted is by searching your Contributions List for the word "adopted" and "manager." You can find a quick link to your Contributions List in the My WikiTree dropdown menu.
If you will be working with any profiles needing GEDCOM cleanup, the AGC tool can help with formatting so that you can concentrate on the research. You can read more about it in the WikiTree AGC FAQ.
Let me know if you have any questions,
Debi

Thank you for your participation in October 2020’s Source-a-thon. Your contributions helped us to clear over 57,000 profiles that needed sourcing. This makes our Shared Tree all that much better.
Keep up the great work!

I have both Job Chubbucks in my line, and I ran across some interesting info via Google Books at
https://www.google.com/books/edition/Overland_from_Canada_to_British_Columbia/yfsOH2E17pQC?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=job+chubbuck&pg=PA57&printsec=frontcover
Simply search "Job Chubbuck" I have been woring for a week on trying to find info about Susannah Miller, one Job's wife. Janette
I noticed you have added a few profiles of individuals from Norway without any sources, a helpful place to start is the Norway Landing Page and Norway Genealogy Resources.
Also useful is a look at patronymics and farm names at Norwegian Naming Conventions.
Good luck with your Norwegian research! If you need any help just let me know.
