Biography
Abraham Strout Berry was born on 10 September 1801 in Raymond, Maine. His parents were Moses Berry and Lydia (Strout) Berry[1].
He married Sarah Strout around 1822. They had four children[2]:
- 1. Almira, born 9 Nov 1823; died young
- 2. Jonathan, born 26 Feb 1825; married Rebecca Strout
- 3. George, born 26 Oct 1828; married Clarissa Strout
- 4. Timothy, born 20 Apr 1832; married 1st Angelia Thurlow, 2nd Mary Jane Farwell
- 5 Abigail "Abby", born Apr 1835; married Uriah R. Berry.
Abraham passed away on 21 January 1869 in Poland, Maine, and is buried in Highland Cemetery[3].
