Fred was born in 1784[1] in Bellingham, Washington, United States[2]. In 1900, he married Kate McGraw[3]. Sometime before 1930 they divorced[4].
He died in 1957[5] and is buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Seattle[6].
