Biography

Fred was born in 1784^[1] in Bellingham, Washington, United States^[2]. In 1900, he married Kate McGraw^[3]. Sometime before 1930 they divorced^[4]. He died in 1957^[5] and is buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Seattle^[6].
