Research Notes
There are two William Ransom Baucoms, father (this profile) and son. The 1850-1870 Census for the father has one daughter whose death certificate indicates her mother was Sarah Williams. The son's FamilySearch profile has him married to Sarah Williams. More research is needed to determine which William Ransom married Sarah Williams and fathered "Mancy Jane" and possibly Rhoda C. (no evidence found for her mother as of 24 May 2020).
