Virgil Baham is a part of US Black heritage.

Virgil Baham was born on 3 Feb. 1911[1] at Louisiana, USA. He appeared on the census of 8 Jan. 1920 in the household of his parents, Lazar Reed Baham and Victoria (Robert) Baham, at Morgan St., Madisonville, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.[2] He appeared on the census of 8 April 1930 in the household of his parents at St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.[3]

He married his third cousin, Mercedes Baham, daughter of Benjamin Francis Baham and Mary (Lisberg) Baham, circa 1935.[4]

He was a laborer at a saw mill when he and Mercedes appeared on the census of 17 April 1940 at St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.[5]

He lived in 1981 at St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. Virgil died in July 1982[1] at age 71, probably in St. Tammany Parish, and was buried at Madisonville Cemetery, Main St., Madisonville, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. His memorial has a photo of his memorial stone and links to those of family members.[6]
