Roy Delos Armstrong was born on November 27, 1877 in Wyandotte, Wayne County, Michigan, United States, son of William Armstrong (1840–1921) and Ann Maria Guttridge (1840–1904).^[1]

Roy died on February 28, 1961 in Wyandotte, aged 83. He was buried in Woodmere Cemetery, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.^[1]

FG says: Widower of Rose Mary Godbout. Son of William Armstrong and Anna Marie Guttridge. Married at St Patrick's Catholic Church in Wyandotte, Mich on November 26, 1902. Retired Policeman. Resided at 2234 Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte, Mich. Died of cerebral thrombosis at the age of 83. Buried March 3, 1961.

I added a picture of 2234 Biddle from Google Maps (Feb 2024). That area is a busy road now but homes along it are often restored places.
