Mary (Armour) Barrett Obituary:

Mrs. Mary Barrett, 80, 161 Calumet Ave., died today in Detroit, Mich, at the home of her son, Orrin, where she spent the Christmas holidays. Mrs. Barrett was born Oct. 8, 1870, in Oswego Township. She was a member of the Oswego Christian Church and had taught in the Sunday school for 25 years before she retired in 1949.

Surviving Mrs. Barrett are two sons, Orrin A., of Detroit, and Leroy A. of Aurora; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Jean Rink of Aurora.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Healy chapel. Interment will be in the Wheatland Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel Friday afternoon and evening -Aurora Beacon News, January 5, 1951

First son LeRoy with first husband Allison Woodruff. Married 1 Nov 1888. Divorced prior to 1895. LeRoy took his stepfather's surname Barrett.
