Biography
Andrew Armour III was born in Scotland.
Andrew Armour was the first editor of "Our Hope", the church paper of the Advent Christian Church. They owned a house in Aurora, Illinois (where they were living at the time of his death). He studied Homeopathic medicine when they lived in the Wheatland, Will Co, Illinois area. Many people came to him for medicine. He did carpentry work, studied Astronomy, and played the Clarinet. - Dale A. Updike
The 1880 census also lists his occupation as a school teacher.
Andrew and his wife Mary share a common set of great-grandparents Thomas Findlay and Elizabeth Meikle.
