Biography

Alice Appleton was the daughter of Thomas Appleton of Little Waldingfield.^[1]

Her second marriage was to her first cousin, Thomas Spring of Lavenham, known as 'The Rich Clothier'.^[1][2] It was also his second marriage.^[1]

Alice died in September 1538.^[1] Her will was proved on 5 September 1538.^[1]
