Judith Angier was born about 1582 in Dedham, Essex, England, the daughter of William Angier (1550–bef. 1622) and Josan Hedge (abt. 1554–1628). She married Edmund Sherman who spent time in the Colonies, but returned to England. He was born on 23 June 1572 at Dedham, Essex, England. He married Judith Angiers, daughter of William Angiers and Josan Hedge, circa 1598 at Dedham, Essex, England. Edmund Sherman died after 1641 at New Haven, New Haven, CT after returning back from England. ^[1]

They had the following children:

2. Rev. John Sherman+1 b. 4 Jan 1613, d. 8 Aug 1685
3. Grace Sherman+ b. 18 Jun 1616, d. 14 Jan 1690

Judith died in 1634 in Dedham, aged 39.

Note left from Kelley-5987: Your notes say to connect Edmond Sherman. That has already been done with the other Judith Angier (Angier-1) who is said to be a half-sister of this Judith. I doubt that William Angier had a daughter Judith with each of his wives. Someone needs to determine which is the right mother, and merge the two versions of the same Judith.

Reply: Miguel this profile has a different birth date and a different mother. This is the daughter of Josan. It is also highly feasible that a husband can have two daughters of the same name for various reasons. They can also have same name children to the same spouse. There is also clarity needed on which Edmond or Edmund is which.
