James Anderson, son of William Anderson & Margaret Taylor, was born on 23 February 1802 and baptised on 26 February 1802 in Forfar, Angus, Scotland.[1]
James married Margaret Jafferson (born on December 12, 1802 in St Vigeans, Forfarshire; daughter of Alexander Jafferson and Margaret (Sturrock) Jafferson) on April 8, 1834 in Arbroath, Forfarshire.[2] Their known children were:
