Biography
Saverio Amato is born around 1839 in Cinisi, the son of Faro Amato and Maria Ruffino.
Saverio marries Giuseppa Colletto, daughter of Maestro Vincenzo Colletto and Serafina Liggio, on 20 April 1868 in Corleone.[1]
Saverio and Giuseppa have at least one child, Faro (1871), named after his paternal grandfather.
Faro is born 17 March 1871 in Corleone and baptized the next day. His godfather is Benedetto Rizzo, from Cinisi.[2]
Saverio dies at age 42 (b. 1839) in Corleone, on 8 March 1881.[3]
