Biography
Arabella Amelia Allen was born on June 15, 1875, in York, New Brunswick, Canada. She was the daughter of George Thomas Allen and Hannah Amelia (Dennison) Allen, her father, George, was 45, and her mother, Hannah, was 40. She married John Henry Gilmore on June 19, 1895,[1] in Stanley, New Brunswick, Canada. They had five children in 11 years. She died on July 6, 1958, in Nashwaak Bridge, New Brunswick, Canada, at the age of 83, She walked into the Nashwaak River and drowned.[2]She was buried in Hillcrest United Church Cemetery , Stanley, York County, New Brunswick, Canada. [3]
