Moshe was born in 1929 in Linkuva, Siauliai, Lithuania, which was then part of the Soviet Union. His parents were Iudel Aber and Golde (Shokhen) Aber.[1]
Moshe was killed by the Nazis[1] between June 23, 1941, when the Germans occupied Linkuva and July 23, 1941, by when the Nazis completed killing of the entire Jewish population there.[2]
