   A five-year romance between two American-born Japanese will culminate in a wedding here this week. The groom is Kiyoto Abe, 21, accounting student at Drake University, and the bride May Hayakawa, 20, who arrived in Des Moines last week for the ceremony. The romance began when Kiyoto and May were high school youngsters in Seattle, Wash. When the war came, both families were sent to a relocation camp. Arrangements were made for Kiyoto to attend Drake where he is scheduled to be graduated next January. May recently received permission from the government to come to Des Moines to marry Kiyoto
