We have many myths about our Seay/See ancestors. It was fun busting several of them.

Seay is my maiden name. Our family is pre-American Revolution coming into Virginia, through SC and into southern GA and AL. My GG Grandmother had 7 sons beginning in the Civil War, with different fathers, but gave them all her surname. (She became a prostitute to support herself, then was given land grants.) We have found 2 of the Fathers through DNA, and would like to find others.
