THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ARCHER PARHAMS ANCESTRY
it impossible for her to be the daughter of Mary Threat who died in 1712 unless Mary was like Sarah in the Bible.
the first recorded birth of a child for Gower and Acher is 1737 if she was born about 1680, she would have been 57 years old and old enough to be GOWERS MOTHER. She would more likely have been a granddaughter. what was the condition of the original will of Mary when it was found?
Sarah, I am the 5th great-granddaughter of Thomas Burges (1712-1779) and his first wife Miriam Blair (1716-1758). I made some edits to his daughter, Anna Maria Burges', profile which updates the spelling of her name and corrects information about her mother. Are you a Burges researcher. My beginning person is Rev. John Burges who died in 1715 in Standon Parish, Staffordshire, England in 1715. He is Rev. Thomas Burges' father who, with his wife Dorothy Lovatt (1687 -1716), had five children. I have DNA tested with Family Tree DNA and Ancestry.
Sarah I just noticed there are two Larkins listed now as the spouse of Reese-3894. The Larkin you created is Davidson-10793 and the one I created is Davidson-16971. Would you like to merge these? I haven't done that before and you appear to be more savvy with Wikitree than I am...One way or the other I am sure we will get all of the Larkin material together. Judy
Hello Sarah--I just linked your Reese-3894 to husband Larkin Davidson (Davidson-16971). I am trying to flesh out the bios for Larkin and his siblings (I am a descendant of his brother, William Davidson). Thank you for the work you've done. Judy
I would like to add a contribution to the Laura Ann Lewis Scott page. She and her husband, Robert Lindsey Scott, were the parents of Ella Fisher (1844-1936), Claride Vernon Scott Robertson (1848-1931), and Robert Lindsey Scott (1852-1859).
Claride Vernon Scott Robertson was my great-great grandmother. She married Joseph Archibald Robertson; their son, Samuel Chapman Robertson, married Ruby Gardner. They had one child, Martha Vernon Robertson Burgess. Martha married Paul David Burgess. My father, Howard Paul Burgess, is their son.
Please let me know what other info I can share with you!

Thank you for all your efforts to recognize the potential merge between Clara Haralson (Browning-2416) and Clara Haralson (Browning-561) (I was notified 28 Aug 20) which I just processed (31 Aug 20). Great work, thanks so much!
You changed Benjamin Gratz Brown’s preferred name to Benjamin. That is incorrect. He’s in my family tree and he went by Gratz. Family letters show that and the elementary school named for him is Gratz Brown elementary. Please change it back. His daughter’s passport application also shows it as B Gratz (with a Lexington birthplace).
Thank you for this marriage. Where did it occur and what is your source? My 3rd g-grandfather was William Gilliam. I know he had at least one son, William Harris Gilliam, who was probably born in Georgia about 1818.
I just read the hand written 1814 transcribed will of Akexander Walker. Comparing the letters in the Alexander Walker will, the middle initial of beloved brother Capt William I. Walker is an I - it matches perfectly with other I s the transcriber used. It does not match a G or a J. from the transcriber. I would guess this I. might be one of the Isham Walker family in SC. The final administrator William A Walker is probably Alexanders son William because his son would be 14 years older than when the will was written. I would guess the A. could possibly stand for his father Alexander. Or another favorite A name in this family.

Sarah, your more than 1000 contributions for the month of August 2009 adds to the improvement of our Shared Tree. Thanks so much for all of your efforts.
Thank you for your time and energy in creating over 1000 (actually, over 1800!) contributions to WikiTree for the month of July 2019. Your efforts are appreciated!
Hi! Hypatia Harris-36821 is one of the profiles I created for the Connect-a-Thon and I'll be orphaning it next week. Would you like to be her profile manager?
Thanks you for the edit/message for Wingfield-43. If you'll send a trusted list request, I'll add you as a profile manager. I think I might be a descendant... possible grandchild of Thomas & Judith being father John of my Zachariah Dixon (see John's profile).
Very well done on your making 1,000 or more contributions to WikiTree in June 2019! We commend and appreciate all of your time and effort in helping to grow and perfect our Shared Tree. Keep up the great work!
Hi, can you give me the link or source for the will, here is your message to me, and thank you:
I found the will for John Blunt Turner. It was recorded in 1809, Greensville Co., VA. Fortunately, it names his brothers Simon, Sugars, and Thomas so that John Blunt Turner can be identified as the son of John Turner & Priscilla Blunt. Perhaps the John Blunt Turner (d. 1837, MS) of this profile belongs with the Turner/Blunt family, but is a later descendant.

Re Elizabeth (Thorn) Harriss (1785-1866): I put the county back in. It was formed in 1777. This GA county formation site is really handy. https://www.mapofus.org/_iframe/ga-maps.htm .

There are more than one Francis Willis. The Francis Willis you speak of was born before 1640.
