She was born Jane Birch. I can't find a profile. If you wanted to create one, you'd need to be able to find some evidence for dates of birth, marriage etc There are quite a lot of pointers in this 'article' and it's 'annotations' .https://www.pepysdiary.com/encyclopedia/149/
