Why does a printable tree of Margaret Grant not show her parents?

Question

[Grant-6818} Margaret (Grant) Kemp is the daughter of [Grant-15126] and [Spence-4407] Margaret Spence.

Having entered them I find that the parents of Margaret Grant do not show on the Printable Family Tree..... what am I missing?

This one is bugging me, who can help?

Perhaps, like the connection/relationship finder, the system needs time to update the connections to those new profiles.

I'm very grateful to you. Looking more carefully at the whole family I discovered a sibling of the same name which should not have been there.  I have merged the profiles of the two and solved the problem.
