Welcome to Wikitree.
The more detail you can provide in a question the more likely another member will be able to help you. For example do you have any first names, or approximate dates? Are Bailey and Young simply two families you are interested in information about, or are they two families joined by a marriage?
It also helps if you ask somewhat specific questions so people know what sort of information you are looking for.
If you have already created Wikitree profiles for these people, assuming they do not have a private privacy setting including a link to the profile(s) in your question allows other people to see what information you already know and what sources have already been consulted.
