I've been working on "mystery photos" that I picked up at various auctions and antique stores many years ago. It's almost been like a Connect-a-Thon for me because I've been spending more time researching and creating profiles than scanning. But that's because I've actually managed to track down some of the people in the photos. Such fun!

You might need to help with the recruiting some though. Scan-a-thons are tough because most can't participate.

I signed up, but I am scheduled to work that weekend. Also had an unfortunate incident and will have to have surgery some time in the next 10 days to repair my eyeball socket. You should see the other guy. really, I tripped and landed on my face Thursday evening - as the EMT said, it was a "high gravity day."  I'm okay, but broke all of the bones at the bottom of the socket that hold the eyeball in place, so it must be repaired.

Chris, my brother Marcel Cormier is on the roster, he uploaded photos this morning but they are not counted in our team. Can this be fixed? https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Cormier-1949

It is possible if he shares the same IP address as you (as in living together and using the same router) that wikitree will only see one of you at a time on that IP. If so, you will have to sign in and out and alternate. Aside from that, no clue. I do know brand new profiles don't count.

Gisele, are you really ranked #2 overall, with 500+ uploads?! Oh my gosh. Steven, the Nor'Easters may have a shot in this!

I don't understand why Marcel is not being counted. I will investigate further with Ales.

Should I actually be able to upload some scanned photos, how do I report them? I'm a bit unclear on that. I may have a little bit of time between now and tomorrow morning.

It is actually supposed to auto-track any photo uploads to profiles by the member ID that uploaded them. So upload, comment them, proceed to next upload. I just wish I had some.
