Why don't more wikitreers give explanations on why someone else is a good wikitreer?

I've noticed that since the commentary block has been restored to wikitree,many wikitreers fail to say why the person they chelped them as a good wikitreer that  the commentary hasn't been replaced at all.  Do others also see this?

No one said they had to?

Many of them are brand new to WikiTree and awarding the WW to the person who greeted or confirmed them. After posting the question they do not realize they should explain.
