Hi there! I assume you mean heraldy :-) Roos is a name of Dutch origin - and the Dutch, well... let's just say that if you don't know if your direct paternal line is of some royalty you're very likely to not have any heraldic "family symbol".
That out of the way, the best thing for you would be to trace your paternal line (your "Roos") line back another few hundred years (so say the 1600s or so?), and then look at CBG Familiewapens. From what I could find, there probably were no bearers of a "roos" family crest back in the day. A challenge you will encounter in using heraldic databases is that a "roset" or "roos" is also a heraldic symbol.
However, don't be to sad about this, maybe you will find some line back very long ago that did bear some coat of arms. For instance, almost all of my (relatively rich) Dutch ancestors didn't have coats of arms - yet I do have one ancestor that had a coat of arms in around 1815.
