Hi Glenn, welcome aboard. As you probably already know, the process here is to merge duplicate profiles for the same person, not to delete one. Don't know what you've tried, but, as Susan says, the process would be for you to propose a merge of Koehler-958 into Koehler-416, and then wait for approval from the other Profile Manager. I see that he hasn't been active for about a year and 9 months, so you may not get a response. If that's the case, the target profile is Open privacy, and after waiting 30 days you should be able to complete the merge yourself without his approval, and correct any errors in the resultant profile. You'll then become a co-manager of the resultant. It takes a little while, but that's the system.
