Question about Robert Womack

Hello,

I am looking for information on Robert Womack and either his son or brother John Womack.  I believed they owned a plantation in or near Simpson County Mississippi.  Any information would be helpful.

Well, 1850 & 1860 Census family was in Bienville, Lousiana, and the Bienville Parish Photo HAD a phone, no longer there, usgenwebsites.org/BienvilleLA/rr.htm  

but there is some biography there the photo no longer visible was taken c1860; Robert and Rispey owned 80 acres (it says) near his mother in Copiah Co, MS

The closest information I can gather...

Robert Womack was born in 1808 in Simpson, Mississippi, to Martha and Richard Mansel Womack. He married Wrizopa Rispey Southern in Copiah, Mississippi, on November 11, 1830. He died on July 8, 1865 at Winn Parish, Winn, Louisiana.

ROBERT WOMACK was born about 1808 in Copiah County, Ms..  He died in Aug 1863 in LA.. We believe him to be buried near Winnfield, La.  

However, "THE DESCENDANTS OF WILLIAM AND MARY WOMACK" by Carlos Womack, 1986, states that Robert was b. 1808 and d. 8 July 1865.  And a  Copy of War of 1812 record.

Robert and Rispey owned 50 acres of land in Copiah Co. Ms. close to his mother, Martha Womack, and brother, Abner Pryor in 1835.

Bienville Pa. La.; 18 Aug. 1856 Robert Womack and his wife Rispy Womack sold 39 and 90/1000 more or less to William M. Walker for $200.00.
