Click the Privacy tab, scroll down to the bottm, click "Remove myself."

That will completely remove yourself from the Trusted List.

If you want to remain on the Trusted List, but quit being a profile manager, find your name on that Privacy page and click the link next to your name that says "Remove as Manager."
