If you have been following the thread for profiles improvements for 5 Star Profiles at WikiTree, https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/905133/will-you-help-us-improve-the-most-visited-profiles, can you help improve the profiles with the most views for the Holocaust Project?

Thanks.

Hi there, I'm not sure I can help with these profiles at the moment, especially since I am still picking away at the stickers revision project.

However, I am wondering if the members of Die Weisse Rose (The White Rose) group would be appropriate for this group.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Rose

Once my life settles down again (hopefully) I'll be able to put more time in again.

THANX, Debbie.  That is a great find.  It makes me think that the Holocaust project (with major category structure re-design in limbo for a few months now), should have a category for resistance groups.

Edit: were probably typing simultaneously, Gaile. Of course I fully agree with your words.

Well, the members certainly would qualify for the Holocaust project. However this thread is about improving the most-visited profiles, so this group is out of scope in this context.

Another group (and probably just one of many more) would be Dutch-Paris: an underground network of the Dutch, Belgian and French Resistance with the objective to save people and smuggle documents during World War II.

Jan, what I'm thinking of is a higher level category named Holocaust Resistance Groups with all the groups as subcategories of it and profiles of group members in the appropriate group.  Do you have any other thoughts … or does anyone else have other thoughts, for that matter?
Hmmph!  I just had another thought about a different way to structure it - we could just put all the individual resistance groups as subcategories of Holocaust Heroes, without needing another level for Holocaust Resistance Groups in between.  If we do that, we would probably want to structure the category names of each group to include "Resistance Group" to clearly identify these subcategories.
Yes, I would keep the structure as small as possible, So no intermediate levels reflecting organizational or geograpical structures of the various groups. Nor detailing relationship types in category names like "member of group x" and "saved by group x". Just categories with name of group and any linked profile implicitly "member of". I guess exactly what you propose!
