He's in The Great Migration, Immigrants to New England 1634-1635. Vol II:739.

2nd Edit: Vol II but pg 177 (not 739). Arrival on the Abigail is correct (Anderson cites Hotten). Age 15 or 17 (15 was written over by 17 on original document).
Note Anderson's COMMENTS: Pope connects this passenger with a number of New England records, some (and perhaps all) of which could not apply to the passenger [Pope 115]. In particular, a servant who was 15 or 17 in 1635 could not become a Salem proprietor in 1636, this making it unlikely that any of the Salem records cited by Pope could apply to this passenger.
Savage gives the age of the passenger as 27, also suggesting he was the Salem man [Savage 1:447].
