Where has the 're-direct' page gone in the changes tab? [closed]

Question

I merged this profile today and for the second time in a few days I notice on the changes tab that where previously there had been a 're-direct'-page. Now I only see 'Changes made' (click to view). The indication that there had been a merge is still to be seen in the general overview on the changes tab here.

Am I wrong and if not what was the reasoning behind this change?

My guess is that it only shows on the profile which has been merged away.  It does not need to show on the profile which has had another merged into it.

Interesting. I've never noticed it before. It did go into an exact clear duplicate with the lower number though.
