She has the record linked in the subject profile. It's in Russian manuscript BTW.

Unfortunately only know a bit of spoken Polish and are not able to read Polish handwriting, so I can not tell the difference between polish and Russian unless it is in Cyrillic.. but thanks for trying to help! Yes, the record is found on the link Frank added.
Yes, the text is in Russina. Would you like me to send you the translation?
I would love some help yes!
Great. I will have time to do this next Wednesday.

Here are the translations:

marriage record:

It happened in Łódź in the Holy Cross Church on October 2nd / 14th, 1893 at 7 p.m. We announce that in the presence of the witnesses: Walenty Olejniczak and Walenty Turkot, both adult shoe-makers from Łódź, a religious marriage was contracted today between:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Piotr Bąkowski, who is a bachelor, aged 24,  born in R(…) (the word is illegible but it might be Rajsko now part of Kalisz, it is my guess but the other marriage record (marriage to Franciszka) says that Piotr was born in ‘the city of Kalisz’ and Rajsko is now a part of the city), Kalisz District and living in the city of Łódź, the son of late Walenty and Józefa née Sobczak,

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Emilia Józefa Jezierska, who is a maiden, aged 20, born in the village of Ogrody, Kalisz District (presently Kalisz borough) and living in Łódź, the daughter of August and Józefa née Tomaszewska.

3 marriage announcements took place at the local church on August 29th / September 10th and on the next two consecutive Sundays. The newlyweds confirmed that no marital contract had been concluded between them prior to that date. The current act was read aloud to the present parties and signed by me only as the others are illiterate.

 death record:

Widzew (now Łódź borough). It happened in Łódź in St Casimir Parish (Polish: Parafia Świętego Kazimierza) on November 11th / 24th, 1911 at 10 a.m. There appeared Piotr Bąkowski and Stanisław Wądzior, both adult physical workers from Widzew. They announced that Zofia Bąkowska (the worker’s daughter) died in Widzew yesterday at 7 p.m. at the age of 1 year. She was born in Widzew to Piotr Bąkowski and his wife Emilia née Jeziorska (probably misspelt version of Jezierska). After confirming the death of Zofia Bąkowska, the current act was read aloud and signed by me only as the others are illiterate.

I added some additional information in the brackets. If you have any questions about the translation you can also contact me at genealogytouroffice@gmail.com
