Patrick [Henry-30]'s ancestral line is an embarrassment to WikiTree.

Question

I went to Patrick [Henry-30]'s profile to see if I was related to him and spent over an hour trying to make sense of his ancestral line.  He has THREE grandfathers married to one grandmother, Jean [Robertson-5527] and THREE great- grandfathers married to one great-grandmother, Margaret [Mitchell-5566].  Then the next generation his line comes to a dead end!

The profile itself has mangled reference formatting. I had a look at it  to see if it was a simple correction but  some seem to be named references and I avoid those.

I fixed the formatting for the sources. If no one can get to it, I can try to do some research after work tonight.  But at least Patrick Henry looks pretty.

I have ruffled some feathers in the past when I made changes to historically related profiles and I believe one of these is PPP.  I think someone with knowledge of this family line needs to figure out which profiles are correct and then merge them.  I tried to figure that out last night, but realized that I was out of my league..  Thanks for everyone's replies and help,  dusty

There are a number of merges and unmerged matches attached to that family. Definitely needs sourcing and sorting. Pre-1700 certification needed.
