Hello: "ADOPTION RECORDS" Looking for my moms "real family" Birth record

For my mother Adopted name Jean Ellen Matthews (married name Smith) adopted June 20-1923 adopted Father: name Clyde Herbert Matthews and Mother: Goldie (golden) Jean Matthews (Kerr) Mother Birthday June 20-1923 AS an infant my mother was adopted I am looking for actual birth certificate  she was born June 20-1923 In Los Angeles  California but do not know to whom (her mothers real  name) possibly last name Fitzgerald but unsure of spelling (cant's ask mother or have her get a petition to unseal it  she died in 1990 I have some pictures  but unsure of who they are (anything would be helpful)
