Where was Coronet Richard Hubbard born in about 1631 or 1632 and who were his parents?

Richard Hubbard b.1631 or so based on a note in the NEHGS Register. The note describes a visit to the old Salisbury Graveyard during which the grave stones of Cornet Richard Hubbard d. June 16, 1719 age 88, and his wife Martha (Allen) Hubbard d Oct 1, 1718 were located.  Martha was born in early Salisbury, but it is unsure where Richard or his unnamed parents were born. In the middle of the 17th century Richard announces to the Salisbury town fathers that he would like to relocate there.  He arrives in town in time to marry Martha Allen (Allen-4010 ) daughter of William Allen and Ann Goodale,  Their first child, Mary, was born in Salisbury January 1666,  She married Tobias Langdon.

Any help, hints, sources that you know of ,offers of collaboration would be appreciated especially in regards to Richard Hubbard,  I also can send you some sources from AmericanAncestors.org if you don't have access to that site.

If you believe what the Hubbard Genealogy (see the footnote) says your Richard Hubbard (m. Allen)  is not the son of the Richard (m. Parker) he's attached to. The alleged son b. 1631, the alleged father b. 1620. No child Richard born to the father.

It's hard for me to like a story without sources, but I did like the legend in Hubbard about Richard booking passage to the colonies, then getting diverted by the evil captain and sold into an apprenticeship.  Peggy

He's post PGM, so we can't protect him, but perhaps Massachusetts project could? I'm concerned he'll get the bad parents re-attached.
