Are you losing connections to US Presidents?

This is a heads up that the US Presidents Project has been slowly working on removing several false genealogies that have been made popular by sites like WARGS http://www.wargs.com/political/    The project is working to "disconnect" the lineages that have been either proven false or are clearly "fabricated".   

Anyone wanting to help provide the needed primary source documentation to reconnect some of these lineages is welcome to join the US Presidents Project.

I'm pleased to see that the Presidents Project has improved the quality of some of the data on Presidential ancestries.

I didn't check the status all of my Presidential relationships, but I did check several of the ones that I had thought were dubious. I found that my supposed relationships to James K. Polk and Ronald Reagan have "gone away," while Herbert Hoover has gone from being a dubious relationship to being a president with whom I share multiple ancestors on lines that appear to be reasonably well documented (for both of us).

So I see a great deal of progress by this project! Congratulations and thanks.
