Was Abigail Phillips born in 1682 (Taunton, Mass.) supposedly daughter of James Phillips?

Before I propose merging two profiles for Abigail Phillips, I need to verify that she was born in 1682 (Taunton, Massachusetts), as shown on many trees.  Married in 1736 to Joseph Richmond and had two children (the last in 1743 or 1744).  

 That would make her about 61 years old when her youngest child was born.  That is possible, but improbable, and since I am unable to verify the 1682 birthdate, something seems wrong here.  The birth records have been found for her supposed younger siblings.  Anyway, the other profile for Abigail is Phillips-26813, and both profiles have the same death date.

P.S.  The first marriage of her supposed father is in 1685, so if Abigail was his daughter and born in 1682, there would presumably have been an unknown first wife.  However, assuming that she was daughter of James, it seems more probable Abigail was born about 1712 and her birth was simply not recorded in the town records.

I believe, based on the date you provided, that Abagail Phillips was the wife of Seth Phillips.   Last name unknown.  She was born in 1682 and he was born 1675 or 1671.  There is some disagreement on his birth date.  She would have been mother to Elisha, John, Hannah, Mary and possibly Elizabeth but I have yet to confirm the last.  Abagail may be a child of one of the male Phillips and born at a later date.
