Does this profile need to be PPP?

This profile was recently adopted along with some other connected to it. I asked to be put on as another PM, but haven't heard back. Nevertheless, I believe this profile and those associated with it from Simsbury Connecticut, belong in one of several pre-1700 groups?
WikiTree profile: Hannah Phelps

Just happened across this question searching Hannah Phelps (not for this one). I think the profile would be helped by some primary source documentation rather than links to Ancestry and as an open profile anyone can work on the sourcing. What would be protected by PPP? It doesn't appear she's being confused with another profile or family.
While there is a Connecticut project it could be part of, I see no reason for it to be protected. Why do you think it requires protection?

Project Protection should only be used in cases where harm can come to the profile (e.g., LNAB being changed through mergers), or when they are 'notable-type' profiles in which many members may be interested in, but edits should only happen through community collaboration (e.g., US Presidents).

In this case, you can always follow the guidance found at Help:Unresponsive Profile Managers.
