This Day in History!

Hi Ambassadors, Categorizers and anyone else interested,

We've got a new category going: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:This_Day_In_History_April_15

It's a fun category but also intended to help with the Ambassadors project and with sharing WikiTree more effectively on social media.  We've already been able to do some neat posts with these.

The Ambassadors are working on adding profiles and events to each day but anyone interested can help too (please!).

See http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:This_Day_In_History_April_15 as an example of what I mean.

Thank you!

The link to the main category page is broken....
Same one, goes to a page that does not exist....
They work for me. I just re-posted them.
Robin - sorry, you must have clicked on the link in the notification that got sent (which didn't work).  I re-edited it, and now it does work, but of course you don't get notified of a mere edit. Try again, direct from G2G.

Nifty! I assume that the private profiles only show up because a profile manager added the category?

Hello Eowyn,

I saw this post and I love the idea!

I suggested to the Notables Project leadership that we/they begin to explore developing and using these pages for the management of the Notables project. Red links would be for profiles that need to be created.
